Nikki Myers developed Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR) in 2004. Nikki is an accomplished yoga therapist, teacher and somatic experiencing practitioner. She is the owner of CITYOGA School of Yoga and Health in Indianapolis, IN.
